Selection Our recruitment procedures are stringent. We pay attention to details including the candidate’s physical fitness, medical tests, education and professional history. Our recruitment department makes sure admission into the job after police verification, rigorous background checks and service records of each employee.


All security personnel that enrol with Zigma security services undergo meticulous training that enables them to handle adverse situations as well as work with efficiency. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the employee’s career to refresh and further develop their knowledge. We have equipped classrooms with facilities such as projectors, training equipment and others. Our site-specific training is designed after discussions with clients and assessing the training needs of the staff. These courses aim to enhance the security skills of the security personnel and develop management skills in the supervisory and management staff.


TRAINING MODULES Basics: Physical fitness training, duties and responsibilities, the performance of guarding personnel, conduct in public, appropriate attire management, alertness, courtesy, obedience, mannerism, badges of rank in police and military’s force, right to private defence, filing FIR and benefit of PF, ESIC & LWF. Trade-related: Handling varied duties such as management of reception, gate, store, factory, residence, hotel, mall, bank, ATM, cash in transit, etc., patrolling premises, search procedures, record maintenance & logbook, handling of keys, management of CCTV, metal detector, breath analyser & other security instruments, examining identification papers and report writing for supervisor and other superiors. 

Emergency: First-aid, fire prevention & control, crisis response and disaster management.

Pre Deployment Security Survey:  When Zigma security services approve an assignment, we visit the site for a survey to analyse and understand the security needs of the client. Based on the survey report, a security setup for the premise is designed. A detailed set of instructions including the charter of duties for security personnel, client’s requirements and expectations from security staff, emergency procedures and other relevant details are drawn. This set of site instructions are prepared in consultation with the client. Post Deployment Activity

  • The security personnel are supervised by area officers and area managers who visit the sites regularly during days as well as nights. In addition, senior executives conduct surprise visits. The rotation of security personnel is done preferably every twelve months or as per the client’s requirement. We deploy our personnel in areas that are suggested pain areas by the client5dcx
